GBU FP&A Senior Analyst

Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Analyst Finance Planning and Analysis Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving financial accountability and profitability by collaborating closely with various business partners within the Global Business Unit and across DS. This position requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive financial accountability and profitability across the various business units.


• Prepares monthly and quarterly financial analysis and planning reports, providing insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.


• Provides support for monthly and quarterly business reviews to the GBU leadership teams.


• Leads the annual budgeting process for the respective area(s), ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives.


• Drives financial analysis for major new product development project.


• Drafts comprehensive business plans, incorporating financial forecasts and performance metrics.


• Conducts ad-hoc financial analysis as required to support decision-making processes.


• Ensures accurate financial statements by collaborating with different stakeholders and monitoring expenses.


• Builds sufficient reporting leveraging self-service tools to improve visibility of key metrics (e.g. new product sales, operational expenses) to various stakeholders.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field


• MBA is a plus but not required

Certifications/Licensing:

• CPA, CMA or CFA a plus but not required

Years and Type of Experience:

• 1-3 years in previous finance function
