Job Description - GDPR Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Handles information requests under Article 15 of the GDPR, including identity verification, data research, preparation, and response.
  • Communicates with data subjects as well as internal departments such as IT, Service, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Product.
  • Works directly with the Group Data Protection Officer (DPO).
  • Documents and tracks requests within the organization’s data protection management system.
  • Contributes to the optimization of existing processes for more efficient handling of data subject rights.
  • Assists in the development of GDPR-related templates and internal guidelines.
  • Participates in GDPR awareness initiatives, training sessions, and data protection projects.

Requirements:

  • Completed education in a commercial, legal, or IT-related field; recent graduates and career starters are also encouraged to apply.
  • Basic knowledge of data protection laws—especially Articles 15–22 of the GDPR—is considered an asset.
  • A genuine interest in digital processes, data protection, and legal matters
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
  • German language skills are a plus but not required.
  • A structured, detail-oriented, and service-driven working style.
  • Confident use of common tools, including MS Office; familiarity with Jira and Confluence is advantageous.
