Job Description - Gel Paint - Experienced

Now hiring Wet Paint technicians in Lake Mills! We are looking for individuals who are looking for a long term fit within a production company. Previous experience with spray guns and wet paint is required!

Pay: $19-20/hr
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 5am-3:30pm (NO FRIDAYS OR WEEKENDS!)

Duties:

Bend, stand twist, reach, push, pull, and display overall dexterity
Use spray gun and other equipment skillfully to evenly apply wet paint
Start, Prep and shut down, and maintain equipment
Clean and organize work stations
Lift 50+ pounds as needed

Skills and Requirements:

Able to read manufacturing procedures and work orders
Previous experience with wet paint application
Team player
Self-motivated
High School Diploma or Equivalent required
Always adhere to PPE safety standards
