What You’ll Do:

• Deliver GenAI solutions to customers as Professional Services engagements
• Build on cloud services to quickly build and deploy
• Build API’s to surface GenAI and data
• Build data pipelines to process and index data for AI to consume
• Provide oversight of delivery throughout implementation
• Ensure that a quality solution is delivered in a timely manner, within budget, and to our client's satisfaction
• May collaborate with Sales and Account Management team
• Contribute to the development of internal best practices as well as new innovative consulting services offerings that we can take to market

The work you will perform for our business

• Provide outstanding support to clients and internal teams, and continuously improve our processes
• Maintain awareness of industry trends and evaluate the applicability of new software technologies to platform development efforts
• Provide leadership of teams and business priorities by building relationships, listening, consulting, and influencing outcomes in both client delivery and sales
• Create thought leadership and technical content such as blogs, white papers, and marketing collateral to build our marketplace eminence and support sales conversations.

Required Technical Skills

Hands-on experience building solutions using cloud services, with Google Cloud required.

Strong development experience with Python.

Experience building modern web applications using React.

Experience building and consuming APIs.

Experience with SQL databases and common data modeling concepts.

Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, source control, and cloud deployment patterns.

Foundational understanding of Generative AI concepts, including:

LLMs and how they are used in applications.

Prompt engineering and prompt design techniques.

Retrieval-Augmented Generation, or RAG.

Vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search.

AI agents and agentic workflow patterns.

Model Context Protocol, or MCP, and its role in connecting agents to tools, APIs, and enterprise systems.

LangGraph or similar orchestration frameworks used to build multi-step, stateful, or agentic AI workflows.

Common AI solution patterns such as grounding, tool calling, data indexing, evaluation, and human-in-the-loop review.

Experience designing or building Generative AI solutions is preferred, but direct production experience with every AI framework is not required. Candidates should be able to explain the core concepts, tradeoffs, and where these technologies fit within a modern AI architecture.
