If you’d be happy to join the General Accounting Accountant role, where you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and:

• Support the day-to-day General Accounting operations for the following process areas: Month-end-close journal entries, reconciliation, and reporting.
  


• Manual General Ledger postings should be performed within the activity split.
  


• Quality support to Audit and Control.
  


• Proactively collaborate with other functions/teams to achieve the most efficient problem resolution or implement process controls, and support team members to achieve performance and quality standards.
  


• Actively participate in process efficiency reviews and implementation of process automation.
  


• Assist in implementing initiatives for improving the efficiency and/or effectiveness of the General Accounting transaction processing.

We would love you to have...

• Degree in Economics or Business Administration, preferably with a major in accounting.
  


• Approximately 1-2 years of experience in the area of accounting.
  


• Experience in GA, AP, and AR processes in a complex and international business environment is advantageous.
  


• Experience working with SAP or OpenAccounts is an advantage.
  


• Experienced knowledge of Finance and Accounting end-to-end processes.
  


• Must be proficient in English (both written and spoken).
