Chapman Volkswagen Scottsdale is looking for a General Accounting Office Clerk to join our team! Preferred candidates are detail-oriented and thorough. This is an entry level accounting position.  Basic accounting knowledge is ideal however we will train the right person! Successful candidates produce highly precise and accurate work and thrive in a culture that values efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer phones in a professional, friendly manner


• Perform basic and routine accounting functions


• Filing of invoices in a timely manner


• Creating inventory/deal jackets


• Process license and title transmittals


• Process payments and refunds for licenses and titles


• Assist management with various clerical duties, as needed

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Basic accounting knowledge and understanding 


• Automotive dealership experience is a plus!


• Available to work Monday through Friday from 7am to 4pm


• Positive attitude & strong work ethic


• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills


• Ability to multitask


• Strong computer skills


• Willing to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening
