We are interested in hearing from individuals with experience and/or interest in various roles within concrete construction, including but not limited to:

• Project Management: Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers


• Supervision: Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, Foremen


• Estimating: Estimators


• Field Operations: Concrete Finishers, Carpenters (Formwork), Rodbusters, Laborers


• Quality Control/Assurance: QC Technician, QC Layout


• Safety: Safety Specialists, Safety Managers


• Administrative/Support: General or Project Administration, Marketing, Accounting, HR and IT staff.

Desired Skills and Qualifications (vary by role):

• Proven experience in concrete construction or a related field.


• Strong understanding of construction principles, methods, and safety regulations.


• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.


• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.


• Commitment to safety and quality.


• Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., OSHA) are a plus.
