• Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri; 8a-5p (with 1 hour lunch)

• Patient Demographics: 60+ years old

• Patient Volume: 16-20

• Physician in Practice: 2

• EMR: Cerner

• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

• Active AZ License or IMLC

• BC

• BLS, ACLS

• COVID Vaccination

• 2 years of experience
