General Cleaner

IH Services, Inc., one of the leading providers of quality facility management services for manufacturing & industrial, distribution, healthcare, commercial, and educational facilities, is in need of general cleaners for a facility located in Durham NC.

Pay Rate:$13.00 Per Hour

This position is a fast pace job with high cleaning standards. With this position you will be:

• Cleaning and restocking restrooms
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming
• Cleaning break areas (wiping down tables, counters and appliances, etc)
• Cleaning offices
• Other cleaning duties as needed
• Removing trash
• Dust mopping
• Policing parking lot

Qualifications:

• Safety oriented
• Experience with PIT equipment desired but not required
• All candidates must pass a drug screen and background screen

Days: Sunday - Wednesday

OR

Wednesday- Saturday

Shift Times: (Days) 4am-3pm (Nights) 3pm-2am
