Job Responsibilities

• Provide porter services and help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the building throughout the day.
• Use a mobile app to clock in/out, report completed jobs, and complete required checklists.
• Prepare cleaning solutions according to established specifications and safety guidelines.
• Perform general cleaning services, including:
  • Cleaning and restocking restrooms
  • Cleaning windows and glass partitions
  • Dusting furniture, walls, machines, and equipment
  • Polishing furniture and fixtures
• Maintain clean and presentable floors using various methods, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, steam cleaning, and shampooing.
• Perform non-routine floor maintenance when needed, including stripping, sealing, finishing, and polishing.
• Remove trash and maintain clean and sanitary trash containers.
• Monitor building security and safety by completing tasks such as locking doors after operating hours and identifying potential hazards.
• Identify major repairs, maintenance concerns, or equipment and supply needs and report them to the Site Supervisor.
• Follow all DetailXPerts safety policies, procedures, and requirements, as well as applicable contract rules and regulations.
• Build positive relationships with clients by providing professional, dependable, and exceptional service with every visit.
• Help strengthen client relationships and contribute to the growth of our customer base through outstanding service.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of janitorial or commercial cleaning experience in a community or professional work setting.
• Must successfully pass an extensive background check.
• Must have a reasonable driving record and reliable transportation.
• Must be dependable, honest, hardworking, and punctual.
• Regular and predictable attendance is an essential requirement of this position.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service and taking pride in a job well done.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
