We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented General Clerical Associate to join our team. This position plays an important role in supporting the daily operations of our dealership network through administrative, organizational, and customer service responsibilities.

Position overview: This General Clerical Associate supports dealership operations by processing high-volume files and transactions, applying basic accounting principles, and communicating professionally with colleagues, customers, and vendors.

• Position Responsibilities


• · Process files and assigned work tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume position


• · Record daily transactions in the accounting management system


• · Competently apply appropriate accounting principles to assigned tasks


• · Communicate with other staff members, customers, and vendors in a professional manner

Qualifications

• · Basic knowledge of accounting concepts, including transaction posting, cash handling, deposit reconciliation, and identifying discrepancies


• · Previous dealership experience a plus, but not required


• · Confident with high volume workload


• · Strong organizational skills and attention to detail


• · Microsoft product knowledge


• · Excellent computer skills


• · Positive and hardworking personality


• · Prompt and courteous demeanor


• · Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve


• · Ability to provide quality customer service


• · Provide detailed follow-up when needed


• · Motivated team member who enjoys their work and having fun with their colleagues!
