General Clerk

 Support Unit Training Assistance Program (UTAP) Library of TACOM Training Information System (LOTTIS) to assemble and manage a library of approved Training Support Packages for all TACOM Systems to include equipment-related operator, maintainer, and other support materials such as jobs aids and videos. 

• Must have strong computer skills including ability to manage/update web site content.
• Assist DoD users in obtaining access to UTAP Library of TACOM Training Information System (LOTTIS).
• Upload and attach files to an End Item on the UTAP site.
• Assist users on how to upload files to UTAP web site.
• Validate and revalidate multiple files attached to an End Item.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of instructional materials.
• Prepare required supporting documents and reports.
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team consisting of contractor and US Army personnel.
• Military experience – especially military training experience – is a plus.
• Maintain appropriate standards of professional conduct and ethics.
• Adhere to all applicable military/government standards, regulations, and guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Must be able to pass federal background check and obtain US Government Common Access Card (CAC).
