  • Provides key support, including performance of a wide variety of specialized clerical duties involving compiling and arranging data, making computations, conceptualizing and preparing reports, processing and coding documents, and maintaining specialized and comprehensive records and filing.
  • Sets up and prepares statistical reports.  Resolves discrepancies and may communicate with a variety of administrative and professional employees within and outside the organization.
  • Receives, classifies, reconciles, consolidates, and summarizes documents and information.
  • Compiles regular and special reports without established formats and procedures.
  • Maintains general office and departmental files; follows-up on misplaced, misdirected, or misfiled materials.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
     

Under minimal supervision, performs specialized support tasks requiring advanced knowledge of department and district policies and procedures and of automated systems.  Position requires ability to exercise individual judgment with little oversight while completing tasks.
