Job Description - General Clerk III


Job Summary:

DT Professional Services is seeking a full-time General Clerk to join our team in Norco, CA. This onsite role will support the Human Resources Office by performing a variety of administrative tasks to help ensure efficient office operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of communicating effectively with both internal team members and external stakeholders.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with a range of administrative tasks to support office operations
  • Maintain and update various records, both manually and electronically (e.g., financial, statistical, or operational data)
  • Verify statistical and other reports for accuracy and completeness
  • Compile information from various sources for reports and summaries
  • Respond to and adjust routine complaints and inquiries as appropriate

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • 1+ year of clerical support experience within a professional office environment
  • 2+ years of Microsoft Office suite experience including (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Access
  • A team player and possess a strong ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team as well as work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills with experience interacting and supporting government clients
  • Experience presenting information orally to groups

The compensation range for this position: $20.82 - $22.75 hourly.
