Job Description - General Contractor - Home Modifications

At Jukebox Health, our mission is to empower everyone to live safer, healthier, more independent lives at home. We partner with health plans to make homes safer and more accessible for older adults and high-needs populations. We achieve this by combining technology with networks of clinicians, suppliers, and installers to deliver personalized home modifications and environmental supports nationwide. Key Responsibilities

Assess project scopes and create detailed, itemized bids based on home modification needs.

Communicate professionally with clients, caregivers, and Jukebox Health representatives.

Complete high-quality home modifications, including but not limited to:
- Grab bar and rail installations
- Walk-in shower and bathroom modifications
- Ramps and stairlifts
- Widening doorways

Ensure compliance with state and local building codes and ADA guidelines when applicable.

Maintain professionalism, reliability, and efficiency in completing projects on schedule.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Licensed and Insured

Experience in home modifications or accessibility projects

Ability to create clear, itemized bids and understand project costs

Strong communication and organizational skills

Reliable transportation and own tools/equipment

Ability to work independently and maintain high-quality workmanship

Familiarity with ADA compliance and accessibility standards (preferred)
