Pay Rate: $270,000 - $305,000

General Counsel

• Responsible for legal management of the company.
• Reports to the President/CEO (CEO)
• Contract Review and Management
• Governance
• Risk Management/ Claims Avoidance
• Active Claims and Litigation Oversight
• Business Operations and Compliance

Qualifications

• Holds a legal license in Washington, California or New York.
• 20+ years experience and in A&E industry is adventageous
