General Crew Member/Handyman

Description

We are seeking a reliable and skilled General Handyman to perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks across our properties/facilities. The ideal candidate has a broad set of skills in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance, and is comfortable working independently to ensure that all systems and structures remain functional, safe, and aesthetically sound. Key Responsibilities include:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and facilities.
   
• Handle minor electrical work such as replacing light fixtures, switches, and outlets.
   
• Complete basic plumbing tasks, including fixing leaks, replacing faucets, and unclogging drains.
   
• Conduct carpentry repairs, including doors, windows, cabinetry, and trim work.
   
• Paint interior and exterior surfaces as needed.
   
• Inspect properties and systems to identify potential issues and perform preventative maintenance.
   
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders.
   
• Maintain tools, supplies, and equipment in good working condition.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role.  
• Strong working knowledge of trades including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical systems.  
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.  
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.  
• Physical stamina.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.  
• This position involves indoor and outdoor work and may require standing, bending, lifting, and climbing ladders.  
• Occasional after-hours or weekend availability may be needed for emergencies.
