Dental Assistant – General Practice
Starting at $17+/hour (based on experience)
Compensation Note:
If a candidate falls within a listed pay range, the final offered rate will be determined by the hiring manager based on the candidate’s overall experience, skill level, certifications, and level of training.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist dentists chairside during general restorative and preventive procedures
Prepare, disinfect, and maintain treatment rooms before and after patients
Take and process dental X-rays (as permitted by certification)
Support patient flow by preparing patients for treatment and ensuring comfort
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and charting
Sterilize instruments and manage clinical supply inventory
Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment plans, and post-op instructions
Ensure compliance with OSHA, infection control, and HIPAA standards
Provide compassionate, efficient support in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For
Dental assisting experience preferred (but not required for all roles)
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
