JOB REQUIREMENTS

Board: BC/BE
Licenses: Licensed in CA
DEA: Active DEA needed before starting
Certifications: BLS

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide general dentistry services to a mixed patient panel of 50% adults and 50% pediatric patients
Manage a daily patient volume of 16 -18 patients per day
Complete chart closure within 72 hours of patient visit
Commit to a minimum 3 -month assignment with the option to extend
Maintain compliance with all required immunizations and credentialing documentation
