General Dentist

Stanbrick Dental Group is looking for an experienced General Dentist to join our clinical team in the Glendale area. The practice has a strong patient base, advanced digital technology, and a skilled support team. If you're ready to take the next step in your career, we'd like to talk with you.

What we offer

• Highly competitive production-based compensation

• Comprehensive benefits: health insurance, dental benefits, 401(k) matching, flexible time off, and more

• A 4-day work week with no nights or weekends

• Interdisciplinary continuing education

• A collaborative environment with in-house specialists

• A path to ownership if that is desired

Why join a Stanbrick Dental Group supported practice?

People don't just join Stanbrick. They stay. Half of our team has been here 3 years or more, a quarter more than 5 years, and 11 team members more than a decade. Our longest-tenured team member started at her practice before it joined Stanbrick and has been there more than 27 years.

In our most recent company survey, we asked everyone one question: would you recommend Stanbrick as a place to work? 94% of the team responded, and our score falls in the range that engagement research considers exceptional.

Our patients notice the difference too. Across our practices, we average 4.9 stars on more than 5,500 Google reviews. A rating like that across that many reviews comes from the people who provide the care.

What we're looking for

• A proven record of high-quality, comprehensive care

• Leadership skills to help grow both the practice and its culture

• A commitment to continuous learning
