Work Schedule:	M\-F 8am\-5pm is STANDARD Schedule: Flexible start between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM, with an end time between 5:00 PM and 6:30 PM. Once the provider selects their start time, they must consistently follow that schedule to ensure proper patient booking. 4x10 option may be available (M\-Th with Fri off, still being approved by CEO)
Patient Volume:	20 ppd on average
Procedures:	General Dentistry — including fillings, restorative work, prosthetics (dentures and partials), and care for patients of all ages. Approximately 50% of the caseload involves hygiene\-related visits, including cleanings and basic preventative care.
EMR:	NextGen (EDR affiliated)
License Needed:	CA
Certifications Needed:	BC
Relevant Experience/Skill Set Needed:	2\-3 years of experience, FQHC experience is a huge sell.
Other additional pertinent information:	Support Staff: 2 full\-time dentists on staff 2 dental assistants per provider 1 Hygenist on staff Clinical Notes: Surgical extractions are not required, but a plus for patients with limited access in the area No narcotics prescribed â€” all cases are referred out Root canals are not commonly performed — ability to do them is a plus, but not a dealbreaker
