What you’ll do

You’ll provide comprehensive general dentistry while creating the kind of experience patients talk about years later:

• Deliver restorative, preventive, and diagnostic care with consistency and excellence


• Build trust through calm, confident communication and thoughtful treatment planning


• Help patients feel safe—especially those who arrive anxious or hesitant


• Partner closely with hygienists, assistants, and front office teammates to create a seamless, supportive visit


• Contribute to a culture where feedback is kind, standards are high, and everyone is rooting for each other


• Keep learning, improving, and sharing what you know—because we get better together

Who you are

• DDS/DMD from an accredited program; active/eligible Wisconsin dental license
