A personable, friendly general dentist is desired in southern Arizona to work in an established but growing and expanding company on a full or part-time basis. Our oldest offices have been providing dental services for over thirty years, the newest, just over twenty. All ranges of experience will be considered. Our current dentists welcome mentoring and helping newer dentists grow in skills and knowledge. Our company currently consists of three dental offices located in southern Arizona. While you may be primarily based in one office, the successful candidate will be willing to rotate as needed between offices. Spanish language fluency is a plus, but not necessary. Salary is based on collected production with an estimated range of $50k to $200k per year depending on motivation and part time or full-time hours.
Arizona has a great reciprocity program for out of state dentists who are in good standing in their current state. No testing or additional courses are required! Relocation expense assistance may be provided for the right candidate with a signed contract and full-time hours.

Johnson Dental has been serving the residents of Green Valley and Sahuarita for more than a decade. The office was initially opened by Dr. Richard Johnson. In 2017 Eli Perez joined the staff as hygienist and managing partner. Since then the office has grown with new patients almost every day, doubled in square footage, brought in three additional dentists and 2020 has seen the opening of a new surgical suite.
Johnson Dental currently has three dentists, Dr. Johnson, Dr. Garfield and Dr. Hartung. All have extensive knowledge and experience in general dentistry. Dr. Garfield is an accomplished oral surgeon and works with our dental implant patients. Dr. Johnson brings laser dentistry skills enabling our qualifying patients to undergo extensive dental work without drilling and to enjoy faster healing time. Dr. Hartung is especially wonderful with children and brings an extensive knowledge of cosmetic options such as Six-Month-Smiles.
Eli Perez, Kathy Edgar and Angela Poulos comprise the hygienist team. Eli has been providing preventive dentistry for more than twenty years in Green Valley. We were very excited to be able to bring Kathy onto our team in 2018 and equally excited when Angela joined in 2019. You will find both of these ladies to be great people-persons who provide first class hygienist services.
