Cavanaugh Dental in Lansing, Michigan, is seeking an experienced, compassionate General Dentist to join our established practice on Thursdays!
Whether you're looking to supplement your current schedule or enjoy the flexibility of working one additional day per week, we'd love to meet you!

A LOOK AT YOUR DAY
Our practice provides comprehensive care to patients of all ages, including crowns and bridges, restorative and cosmetic dentistry, implant restorations, extractions, and emergency treatment.
- Approximately 8–10 doctor patients daily, depending on provider preferences
- Approximately 12 hygiene exams daily
- Morning team huddle and a collaborative clinical environment
MEET YOUR TEAM
- Experienced Lead Dentist providing Thursday afternoon support
- Two Full-Time Dentists
- Two Co-Office Managers
- Two Full-Time and Two Part-Time Hygienists
- Three Full-Time Dental Assistants
- Additional temporary hygiene support as needed
TECHNOLOGY & EQUIPMENT
- Digital X-rays and intraoral cameras
- Paperless charting
- Panoramic imaging
- Dentsply Sirona scanner
- Air-driven handpieces
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Active Michigan dental license
- Experience in comprehensive general dentistry
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach
- Dependable, friendly, team-oriented attitude
- Comfortable working in a busy dental environment

Insurance Networks: Delta Dental Premier/PPO, Healthy Kids, Healthy Michigan, Guardian, and Cigna.
