Waterford

• Ideal doctor would have at least a year of experience
• The original owner left a year ago when we bought the office and we hired an associate immediately. After one year, this associate is leaving. Nothing against us. She's always had her eye on doing something non-clinical and she's finally been able to land that job.
• Office net revenue for the past 12 months is $1.8M of which the doctor being replaced does about $1M working 28 hours a week.
• The office does little to no molar endo. They just started a few Invisalign cases in 2024 and no surgical implant placement
• The office is open 5 days a week (every other Friday). We would like the doctor to work Monday through Thursday one week and M-F the next, so 9 days in two weeks. There is a part time doctor who work two days a week who is currently on maternity leave, but plans on returning in some capacity in August.
• Hours are M 10-7, T 8-5, W and Th 730-4 and every other Friday 730-130. We can adapt these hours to the new provider a little bit if needed.
• 10 to 12 days of hygiene a week
