General Factory

Capitol Aluminum & Glass Corp. is seeking a dedicated individual to work in our small, family-run manufacturing plant. Plant operations are first shift only, generally Monday through Friday (hours 7:00AM-3:30PM with potential for mandatory overtime up to 10-hour days – 6:00AM-4:30PM).

The primary duties of this position include measuring, cutting, machining, and assembly of aluminum extrusions for commercial door and window products.  Other tasks may be required.

What We Expect:   

• Operating equipment - drill presses, chop saws, and various hand and power tools, such as screw guns and tape measure


• Ability to count and problem solve accurately


• Work well individually and with co-workers and understand team concepts


• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal


• Follow established work and safety rules


• Demonstrate regular, consistent attendance
