Job Description - General Farm Worker


We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a General Laborer. This position involves a variety of manual labor tasks to support day-to-day operations on the farm. The ideal candidate is physically fit (lift up to 50 pounds), enjoys working outdoors, and can work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
  • Plant, cultivate, and harvest crops
  • Moving and picking up rocks
  • Feed, water, and care for livestock (animals)
  • Maintain and move equipment and machinery
  • Load and unload farm products, tools, and materials
  • Clean and maintain working areas
  • Follow safety procedures and use protective equipment as required
  • Perform other general labor duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Previous farm or outdoor labor experience is a plus but not required
  • Ability to perform physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing for long periods
  • Willingness to work in various weather conditions
  • Strong work ethic and reliability

**Room and board can be provided as well
