We are a fun, fast growing general contractor in San Antonio that specializes in working on projects for the Department of Defense (DoD).  We are actively hiring for a General Foreman in the San Antonio area.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple self-performing crews


• Staff


• Train


• Test crew members


• Assess skill-levels


• Improve and create new company standards for:




• Carpentry


• Concrete


• Finishes


• Other trades

Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge in Carpentry and Concrete


• Can lead self-performing crews


• Prior Journeyman, Foreman and General Foreman experience


• Great leader, respectful and humble


• Knowledgeable in Lean Construction or willing to learn Lean Construction


• Willing to travel to non-local job-sites

Preferred:

• Prior DoD Project experience (Air Force, Navy, Army, among others)


• Stable work-history


• Local to San Antonio


• Familiar with Lean Construction
