General Fulfillment Associate

Description

Our Fulfillment Associates work in a fast-paced environment that doesn't sacrifice quality.  That's where you come in.  You must be detail-oriented, organized, and have experience working in a fast-paced environment. You will work to ensure that products are produced and shipped according to the order specifications and production schedules.  

Requirements

•  Pick and Pack     
• Processing orders quickly and efficiently.    
• Adjust to coaching from the team manager on how to increase effectiveness.     
• Achieve minimum performance targets for order volume and accuracy.     
• Sorting orders that come in.     
• Adding tracking information to the system from vendors/warehouses. 
• 1-2+ years in the related parts experience.     
• Comfort with learning and using recent technology.     
• A sharp memory, attention to detail, and strong sense of organization.     
• A keen ability to follow step-by-step instructions.     
• Sufficient product knowledge      
• Mastery of current systems and processes.     
• Willingness and ability to train others.    
•  Expert multi-tasking skills.     
•  Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.  
•  Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.  
• Excellent time management skills.  
• Must be able to complete various activities in the warehouse that may require hours of lifting, standing, and carrying.  
•  Must be able to move up to 50 pounds at a time.
