Position Overview:
Nandail Property Management is looking for a skilled General Handyman to join our team in Waycross, GA. In this role, you will perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks across our properties, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle general repairs and maintenance across various trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting).
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• Prior handyman experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
