What You’ll Do:

• Perform repairs in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and more
• Conduct preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Install and renovate structural elements
• Keep workspaces clean and organized
• Problem-solve and fix issues on the spot

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in general maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC
• Proficient with hand/power tools
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable vehicle for commuting to job sites
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Flexibility and a positive attitude
