One Two Three Service LLC is looking for a skilled and reliable general handyman to join our team as an independent contractor. If you enjoy solving a variety of maintenance and repair problems, we want to hear from you! This is a great opportunity to work independently while taking on different tasks in both residential and commercialproperties.

●Fixing window frames, replacing glass, and installing weather stripping for energy efficiency.​
●Building or repairing furniture, including assembly, disassembly, and customization.​
●Installing and repairing appliances, including microwaves, dishwashers, and washing machines.​
●Addressing general maintenance tasks like tightening bolts, replacing seals, and cleaning gutters.​
●Painting walls, ceilings, doors, and trim, and doing touch-ups or complete re-paint jobs.​
●Minor carpentry tasks, such as repairing furniture, framing, and constructing shelving units.​
●Pressure washing exterior surfaces like decks, patios, and siding.​
●Repairing or replacing light fixtures and general handyman work for everyday issues.​
●Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.​
 
Requirements: 
●Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.​
●General tools and equipment for basic handyman work.​
●Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.​
