Primary Function: Keep properties in clean and orderly condition

Essential Functions: Performs general maintenance duties inside and outside.

Major Duties:

• Lawn care at multiple properties


• Ability to perform minor carpentry projects


• Knowledge of electrical and finish trim work


• Janitorial services.


• Conduct painting projects with attention to detail and quality


• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• Ability to understand verbal instructions and follow safety procedures.


• Ability to use tools and equipment.


• Ability to bend, stoop and lift


• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Education and Experience:

Previous work experience preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements:

Considerable physical activity. Requires heavy physical work, lifting, pushing or pulling required of objects up to 50 pounds. Physical work is primary part (more than 70%) of job. Work involves moderate exposure to dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and/or loud noises.
