A leading manufacturer in the print industry is seeking a dedicated General Laborer to join their team on the 1st shift. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks in the secondary operations process, ensuring products are processed, inspected, and prepared for final assembly. This is a key role in maintaining the high standards of production quality.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with manufacturing operations tasks such as cleaning, assembling and finishing products.
• Support machine operators in preparing and processing materials.
• Inspect parts for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Operate hand tools and light machinery to support the production process.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety protocols and operational procedures.
• Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety issues to the supervisor.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Must be mechanically inclined.

Previous manufacturing or industrial experience is a plus.

Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.

Must be adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
