Customer Engraving is looking for General Helper position to add to their team.

Position Summary
Under general direction from the production supervisor, this position is responsible for maintaining a continuous flow of products and materials to, and from the machine operators. This position must follow the production schedule while switching from unpacking to packing products several times during their shift without interruption. The environment for this position is a climate-controlled environment.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Physically unbox products and prep for operators.
Verify product type matches order sheet.
Count unboxed product to ensure accuracy and record on order sheet.
Communicate with other team members regarding incoming orders, discrepancies to ensure all timelines are met.
Moves as needed to different areas under the direction of the production supervisor.
Understand the nuances of each product and apply knowledge to appropriately adopt methods to ensure best results are obtained.
Assist machine operators with final product cleaning as needed.
Count finished product and record on order sheet.
Maintain a safe and clean environment.
Load, unload products/boxes to and from shelves, carts, and pallets.
Assist management with related projects as they arise.
Work successfully both independently and as a team member.
Be accountable and forward thinking in your actions.

Qualifications:

Fast paced production experience (Preferred)
Continuous physical labor experience (Preferred)
Ability to work with your hands.
Quality focused.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Team oriented in a fast-paced environment.
Dependable, self-motivated, and organized.
Ability to maintain a clean work environment.
Ability to read, understand, and follow work order instructions in English.
Strong attention to detail.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Good written and verbal communications skills
Ability to be at work regularly and on time.
