Pay & Shifts:

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM | $13.00/hour
  




• Night Shift: 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM | $15.00/hour
  




• 10+ hour shifts required | Overtime available
  

Position Overview:

We are looking for experienced and reliable Machine Operators to join our team in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility located in Baldwyn, MS. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Operate machinery safely and efficiently
  




• Follow production guidelines and meet performance targets
  




• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
  

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production setting (Required)
  




• Strong work ethic and a desire to work consistently
  




• Excellent attendance — excessive call-ins and tardiness will not be tolerated
  




• Must be dependable, loyal
  




• Ability to stand for extended periods
  




• Must have reliable transportation
  




• Must pass a pre-employment screening
