Key Responsibilities:

• Feed materials into production equipment
  




• Open foam materials as part of product prep
  




• Package finished products according to company standards
  




• Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas (5S standards)
  




• Support general assembly tasks as needed
  




• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
  




• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs independently (positions available for material feeding, foam opening, and packing)
  




• Basic mechanical aptitude and strong hands-on skills
  




• Strong attention to detail and awareness of workplace organization (5S)
  




• Team player with good communication and collaboration skills
