Position: Barr, Inc. is looking for someone with some background in the use of mechanical/construction/carpentry/metal work tools as well as strong measurement skills to assist in our fabrication shop. Duties may include loading/unloading trucks, pressure washing panels, building trim packs and pallets, cutting sheet metal, assisting in the setup of completed boxes, building freezer and cooler doors, as well as basic fabrication work on any damaged/modified panels. This position requires the employee to complete projects individually as well as a team environment, have the ability to solve problems and think ahead. Other duties may be assigned as needed. Job is both indoors and outdoors and requires the ability to lift 50lbs. Employees receive hands on training in general wood framing for our products. Company advancement is always welcomed.

Job Specifics:

Hours are Monday – Thursday 6:30am-4:30pm     Fri/Sat/Sun off!

Every week is a three-day weekend to keep you energized and on a positive life trend. That’s like getting a 3 day weekend every week!
