General Laborer – Overnight Projects

SPAR is growing our overnight project team! We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to assist with retail remodels, fixture installations, store resets, and general labor projects in large retail environments.

This position is ideal for candidates with experience in construction, warehouse work, remodeling, installations, manufacturing, merchandising, maintenance, or general labor. If you enjoy hands-on work, using basic tools, and working as part of a team, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Work overnight shifts on retail remodeling and project assignments
• Assemble, install, and move shelving, fixtures, displays, and store equipment
• Assist with store resets, merchandise relocation, and project completion
• Follow project plans, layouts, and supervisor instructions
• Update signage and maintain organized work areas
• Load, unload, and transport materials as needed
• Perform physical labor, including lifting, carrying, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Work safely and efficiently as part of a team

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and work for a minimum 8-hour shift
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Previous general labor, construction, warehouse, remodeling, installation, or retail project experience preferred
• Ability and willingness to work overnight shifts
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and equipment
• Strong work ethic and ability to follow directions
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Personal cell phone and valid email address required
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Steel-toed footwear required on job sites
