Carbon Concrete Coatings, a leader in premium concrete coatings, is hiring 2-3 enthusiastic Epoxy Floor Technicians/Installers to join our growing team. No prior epoxy experience? No problem! We’re looking for hard-working individuals ready to learn and transform spaces with stunning, durable epoxy floors. If you’re reliable, eager to work hands-on, and want to build a rewarding career, we want you!
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with grinding surfaces and sweeping dust to prepare floors.
- Help move materials and equipment on job sites.
- Support shop vacuuming and cleaning floors for coating prep.
- Aid in patching floors and mixing epoxy or polyaspartic materials.
- Roll and chip floors under the guidance of experienced installers.
- Perform general labor tasks to keep projects moving forward efficiently.
- Learn all aspects of epoxy flooring installation through on-the-job training.
What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications:
- Past painting or epoxy flooring experience is helpful but not required—we’ll train you!
Must have your own reliable transportation.
Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. (we handle bags of concrete dust).
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
