Position Summary

Lincoln Electric Products Co. Inc. is seeking a reliable and versatile individual to join our team as a General Labor – Operations. This hands-on role is ideal for hardworking individuals who are eager to support various functions across operations, including production, logistics, maintenance, and facility upkeep. The successful candidate will be adaptable, physically capable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and dynamic tasks.

 It is a full-time, non-exempt position and candidate will be reporting directly to the Operations/ Warehousing Manager 

 Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with setup, operation, and cleanup of production or operational work areas.
• Load, unload, and move materials or products manually or using basic material-handling equipment.
• Perform general housekeeping tasks to maintain clean and organized workspaces.
• Support machine operators, technicians, or skilled trades with basic labor as needed.
• Package and label products or supplies accurately.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads on work assignments and safety protocols.
• Report any issues or hazards to supervisors promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support operational goals.
   

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.  
• Prior experience in general labor, manufacturing, or operations is a plus but not required.  
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more and work in physically demanding conditions.  
• Willingness to learn and take direction in a team-oriented environment.  
• Basic communication and problem-solving skills.  
• Must be dependable and punctual.  

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent standing, walking, lifting, bending, and reaching.  
• May be required to work in varying environmental conditions (e.g., hot, cold, noisy, dusty).  
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
