General Labor – Roofing Crew
Pay: $18/hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Location: Tulsa, OK
Job Type: Temp to Hire

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to support our roofing crew. This physically demanding position involves assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repair of various roofing systems while working outdoors in diverse weather conditions and at elevated heights.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist roofers with the preparation and installation of shingles, metal, and flat roof systems
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment at job sites
• Set up scaffolding, ladders, and other safety equipment
• Maintain clean and organized work areas at job sites
• Remove existing roofing materials and debris
• Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
• Perform additional labor tasks as required to support the roofing team

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous construction or roofing experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work for extended periods
• Comfortable working at heights and on inclined surfaces
• Strong work ethic with the ability to follow directions
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Willingness to work in varying outdoor weather conditions
