PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES:

• Properly dispose of trash and any unused material
• Removing any items left behind in unit by previous resident
• Utilize proper personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary
• Digging out basements (jackhammering, shoveling, operating a chainsaw)
• Installing egress windows
• Waterproofing basements
• Installing carbon fiber strips
• Perform other duties as required

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Driver’s License and valid car insurance
• Personal, reliable transportation
• Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
• Stand and walk or sit alternatively depending on specific needs of the day. Estimate 66% to 100% of time is spent on feet.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. regularly, and occasionally up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English
• Service mentality and a thirst for learning
• Positive Can-Do Attitude
• Excellent Attendance

Job Type:

Full-time

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
