General Laborer

We are seeking a reliable and physically capable Laborer to join our team in Coventry, RI. This role requires a strong work ethic, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing a variety of physical tasks as assigned, which may include lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
• Loading and unloading materials and equipment.
• Preparing and cleaning work sites.
• Operating hand and power tools as needed.
• Assisting other workers with various tasks.
• Following all safety procedures and guidelines.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Contributing to team efforts to complete projects efficiently.
• Adhering to company policies and procedures.

Skills/Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting and carrying heavy objects up tp 50 lbs
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
• Ability to maintain high attendance standards.
• Basic knowledge of safety procedures and practices.
• Experience with hand and power tools is a plus.
