About the Role
We’re hiring a General Laborer to support marine construction projects with a focus on removing and installing piers and boatlifts. This is a hands-on role that involves physical labor in outdoor, waterfront environments. You’ll work as part of a crew using tools, equipment, and teamwork to get the job done in all types of weather, including extreme conditions.

What You'll Do

• Assist with installing and removing piers, boat lifts, and marine structures
• Load, unload, and move tools, materials, and heavy equipment
• Operate hand and power tools
• Follow strict safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Clean and maintain job sites, barges, and equipment
• Support the team on a variety of construction tasks
• Adapt to changing weather and job conditions

Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day
• Must be able to swim and work confidently near or on the water
• Valid driver’s license required
• Willing to work in extreme weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, wind)
• Prior construction or labor experience is helpful
• Comfortable using hand tools and learning new skills
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and positive attitude

Schedule

• 10–12 hour shifts 7am+
• Overtime and weekend work as needed
