General Laborer - 2nd Shift

We are seeking motivated, hands-on individuals who take pride in hard work to join our Thin Brick manufacturing team at our Mid-Atlantic facility in Shoemakersville, PA.
This is a 2nd shift position, offering a great opportunity to build a long-term manufacturing career with a stable and growing organization.

2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

About the Position

We have a variety of General Laborer, Machine Operators, Kiln and Grinding Operator positions available that are responsible for supporting the day to day operations within this fast-paced Plant. 

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES

• Previous experience within manufacturing or a similar environment preferred


• Self-motivated with good time management is essential


• The ability to lift up to 50 lbs


• A successful candidate must be able to work rotating shifts


• Attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot required


• General knowledge of all maintenance fields: mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics operated equipment, is beneficial
