Our core business is the rehabilitation of Investment properties both Residential and Commercial. Job Details: 

• Monday-Friday
• 7:30 am- 4 pm

General Laborer duties include:

• Perform but not limited to: , cutting grass, weed trimming, snow removal (winter), cleaning up around the property, trash removal from common areas and units, and helping team members as needed.
• Ensure completion of work orders according to scheduling demands and work requested
• Assists Field Service Technicians and other Field Employees as assigned. This may include jobs such as demolition or general maintenance.
• Cleans and prepares specific areas of the job site as assigned. This may include cleaning up rubble, debris, and trash; or removing hazardous materials.
• Operates a wide variety of hand and power tools.

Requirements

Required education and experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required. 
• Valid driver's license along with a dependable vehicle and clean driving record
• Must have a smartphone to complete daily work tickets via mobile device
• Must have your own tools for the job (basic hand tools required) 
• Ability to follow directions and propensity to learn
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English for business purposes

Preferred education and experience

• Previous job experience: Property Maintenance, Landscaping, Contractors, Construction Workers, Hotel Maintenance etc. 
• At least two years of related experience is preferred. 

Supervisory responsibilities

• None 

Work environment

• Rental properties/apartments - sometimes vacant/sometimes tenant occupied
• Apartment complex common areas
• Often exposed to weather due to maintenance of interior and exterior of dwellings 
• Warehouse setting often
• Office setting occasionally 

Physical demands

• Prolonged periods standing and walking, kneeling, crawling, climbing and balancing.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times/100 pounds team lift occasionally.
• Must be able to carry tools and equipment up and down stairs.
• Must be able to climb ladders and balance on scaffolding
• Must be able to traverse a variety of properties in a variety of weather.

Travel required

• Driving a vehicle to and from various rental properties daily. 

Additional eligibility requirements

• Must have a smartphone and complete daily work tickets via mobile device
• Must have your own personal hand tools for the job (basic hand tools required)
• Dependable vehicle required with up to date insurance, inspection and registration is required
