What You'll Be Doing

As a General Laborer, you'll play an important role in keeping the construction site clean, safe, and running efficiently. Daily responsibilities include:

  Perform construction site cleanup.

  
  


• 
  

  Hand shovel and move dirt or debris.

  
  


• 
  

  Remove construction debris and maintain a clean work area.

  
  


• 
  

  Assist construction crews with general labor tasks.

  
  


• 
  

  Load, lift, carry, and move materials throughout the job site.

  
  


• 
  

  Follow all site safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.

  
  


• 
  

  Perform additional labor duties as assigned by the site supervisor.

  
  

What We're Looking For

• 
  

  Reliable transportation to the job site in Kapolei.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

  
  


• 
  

  Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more throughout the workday.

  
  


• 
  

  Steel-toe boots are required.

  
  


• 
  

  Dependable with excellent attendance and a strong work ethic.

  
  


• 
  

  Willingness to perform manual labor for the duration of each shift.

  
  


• 
  

  Must be able to successfully complete E-Verify and a pre-employment drug screening.

  
  

Preferred Qualifications

The following certifications are a plus, but not required:

  30-Hour HAZWOPER Certification
