Position Summary

RBCI is seeking a General Maintenance and Repair Worker to provide the Navy Medical Readiness Logistics Command (NMRLC) with a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the proper functioning, safety, and upkeep of facilities, equipment, and infrastructure. This work is onsite at the Williamsburg, VA office. 5%-10% travel may be required.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Skill in the use of hand and power tools


• Conduct routine inspections


• Perform preventive maintenance


• Respond to service requests in a timely and efficient manner


• Adhere to safety standards


• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a dynamic operational environment


• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a general maintenance and repair, with demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues across multiple trades, including basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.


• Must be a U.S. Citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain a clearance.
