General Maintenance - Turnstone Commons

Perform general maintenance and minor repairs at Turnstone Commons.

Help prepare the facility for opening.

Duties and Responsibilities

•  Taking items to recycling


•  Moving larger things for staff (storage boxes, furniture, etc.)


• · Assembling desks and other furniture, etc. as they come in.


• · Changing light bulbs/ballast.


• · Picking up items from Rosenburg’s Hardware Store to complete job tasks


• · General maintenance of buildings, inside and out.  (painting, repairs, etc.)


• · If the general maintenance person is not able to do the project, then we
     call in a plumber, electrician, etc. as necessary.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience

• Valid Oregon Driver’s License


• General Maintenance or Contractor experience

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bilingual – Spanish

• Oral communication skills


• Ability to manage time effectively
